Essential Ingredients for Vegetarian Hot Dog
olive oil – 1 tablespoon

tomato – 1/2 pcs.
peppers – 2 pcs. red and green
carrot – 2 pcs.
mozzarella – 100g
salt to taste
black pepper – to taste
cheddar – 50g
mustard – 1 tablespoon
mini bagets – 3 pcs.
ketchup – 3 tablespoons
Way of preparing a Vegetarian Hot Dog
Clean the peppers and cut them at retail. Cut the tomato into cubes. Grate the carrot.

Heat the olive oil at a moderate temperature in a frying pan and fry the peppers and carrot until softening or about 10 minutes.
Add the chopped tomato and cook for another 5 minutes. Put salt and pepper.
Remove from the hotplate and leave a little cool the mixture. Add the mozzarella, cut to the retail and mix it well.
Cut the mini diggers in half without splitting the two halves and smearing them with ketchup.
Fill with the mixture of vegetables and mozzarella. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar.
Bake in a heated oven 180 degrees until melting of cheese for about 5 minutes. Remove and top with mustard.
